was viewing my past NAPFA results. and became extremly depressed.

height : 161 cm
Weight: 46 kg
sec4
height : 162 cm
Weight: 53 kg
what the hell can..... i only grew taller by 1 cm but i gained like 8kg!!! .... and im like 55kg now... shucks... can't control my eating habits... no wonder i panted and sweat so much while running in sec4, as compared to sec3.. to think of it now.... SUPER PAINFUL..
man.. food in sec school canteen is damm nice.. ARGG!!! super curry chicken.
